The 4 Steps are:

The Future: We examine the key future trends that will impact lawyers, including AI (like ChatGPT), Web3 (NFTs & Metaverse), ESG, Energy Transition, Cybersecurity and others. We also teach you how to identify trends that will create work opportunities, so you can evolve your practice to meet the changing needs of clients.

The Habits: Based on the research with numerous successful lawyers and business leaders, this step teaches the Ten Most Important Habits of Successful Lawyers.

The Plan: If you do not have a plan then chances are you the just executing someone else’s plan for them. This step takes participants though creating a life plan that is inspiring and from that a career plan that will lead to success and satisfaction.
This step also involves an evaluation of the participant’s key personal assets (experience, relationships, interests, etc) in order to establish a unique personal brand. Find your unique voice and flourish!

The Innovation: Participants will learn the key aspects of Minimum Viable Product innovation, the methodology used by almost all start-ups and a proven way to achieve low-risk innovation. Participants will then apply these techniques to bring their own innovation project to life.
