94% of the 98 lawyers who responded to a survey in my session said they believed AI like ChatGPT would definitely change the way they practice law.
I gave a presentation on How AI can be used by in-house legal teams at the Lawyers Weekly Corporate Counsel Summit. Based on my discussions with many of the in-house lawyers there – the biggest issue right at the moment seems to be “Shadow AI” – there might be a company policy prohibiting the use of ChatGPT etc but people are using it anyway. Can you stop a train with a feather? Is this an issue in your organisation?
