Seems like the most beneficial use case is using generative AI to manipulate text. Lawyers using it as a search engine had the wrong idea.
I think the next step is how you get it into the workflow – so the use becomes seamless. Microsoft will deliver that with the AI copilot in Word/Outlook etc in the coming months
